Les Jardins de Marrakech

Privas' reputation does not hinge on cuisine, so what a delightful surprise to descend the stairs down to the secluded and beautiful outdoor patio. The magnificant ambience set the stage for a dining experince to remember. We were greeted by the owner who took care of us all evening. The food - flavour, texture, presentation - was sublime and absolutely authentic. I did not detect any "watering down" for the European palate. We shared a variety of sumptuous dishes amongst the 5 of us. A real highlight was "knock-em-dead delicious deserts. I had the rose sorbet which was absolutely unforgettable. If your travels in France take you to Privas, this is a "must dine" experience.

Wonderful! A very beautiful and quiet riad inside the Medine. Everything very clean, very nice employees and a tasteful breakfast. Beautiful view from the terrace.
