We had the ' Gourmand ' menu at €38 each. The menu is in French and English. We were given 6 courses! Firstly, we were offered a taster of a flavoursome veal terrine and then we had our 2 different starters of lambs sweetbread tart and...tuna with lemon. We both had the same main course of the Cathare pork loin with a mini pot of scrumptious lentils. We then were offered another surprise taster of goats cheese sorbet with strawberry sauce this was a very interesting combination. We then had our puddings of strawberry sorbet in a chocolate biscuit base and I had the light and instantly melting macaroons with white chocolate mousse and a strawberry smoothie. We booked in advance. We (4 adults) were the only ones eating in the restaurant. In the other end of the room, 4 guys were having some kind of meeting with a power point presentation !?! The waitress (the owner) was very condescending, especially as...we told her, that we didn't know which vin to chose because of lack of knowledge on this matter. She became more welcoming during the dinner especially when she learned that I speak french but she was still almost hostile toward my non frenchspeaking friends. A really strange experience. The Price was very reasonable.

we were in the bed breakfast without recognizing that it also had a fantastic restaurant. happy. it was a full moon (and also Friday, 13th,) we were also treated with a beautiful view of the moon over the mountain. concerning food, we had to choose a few meal times, but even the most basic was enough for a normal appetit. eating was excellent...not the best of all time, but complaining zero.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this gem in Pyrenees! The host was lovely, house was well equipped and beautiful. Most importantly, food was amazing ! We had a very good time !
