We walked in quite early in the evening, no reservation but there was no problem.Seated quickly and peruse the menu - we had a vegetable and guacamole dish and steak tartare to start. The vegetable dish was ok but the tartare was pretty spectacular- the portion WA a massive and it tasted fabulous.A cod main and the house burger were next. The burger was not what I would call a burger, it was strips of steak piled into a bun with lettuce, cheese, tomato and onion (too much onion). It was tasty once I removed half the onions and the chips were very nice. The cod dish was apparently delicious but it wasn't particularly generous. We drank Pietra beer from Corsica - that was lovely.Overall, it was a nice meal, the staff were attentive enough but very busy - I think everywhere else in the town is clouded Ina Monday! - but it was a bit pricey in my opinion. This is a total aside, but I always feel terribly sad for lobsters awaiting their fate in restaurant tanks - I was very glad we didn't have to sit inside and watch them.

Pleasant hotel in small French town. Room was very tidy, clean and plenty big enough for 2 adults one child and a dog. Good motel style room. Didn't sample restaurant but looked OK. We chose not to have the 10€ per head breakfast but instead went to the lovely 'boulangerie' which was right opposite the hotel. Worth noting it's just 5 mins from main A31 motorway so useful for stop over. Will return at some point.

We stopped here to break our journey south. Just 5 minutes from the autoroute. The rooms are comfortable all with en suite bathrooms. The restaurant is excellent. A wide choice with an emphasis on sea food and a good wine list. The restaurant is way ahead of many at which I have paid a lot more. Friendly accommodating staff. Thoroughly recommended

The food in this unassuming restaurant was really excellent. It was too brightly lit and has an ugly aquarium in the middle (where the lobsters are swimming). On this Saturday night in mid-January it was busy with a mixture of couples, friends and families. The "seafood hamburger" was particularly delicious. We would definitely go again.
