Les Négociants - Réservation de table

This year I went there for hunting, the sliced and medallion venison are delicious, the meat is excellent quality and the sauces are tasty, with subtle and interesting aromas. The accompaniment is generous, the röstis crispy, and there is a good variety of traditional little things: chestnuts, pear, cabbage, etc. The tagliata is incredibly tender, you could cut it with a fork! This option offers, in addition to the excellence of the meat, a slightly lighter variant, since it is served on a bed of arugula. The service was great, attentive, very professional and with humor. Everything was perfect, we were full and delighted each time.

Wir assen Filets de Perche. Die Fische hatten einen sehr merkwürdigen Geschmack und waren rot gewürzt. Ganz bestimmt waren sie nicht frisch, sondern Tiefkühlware. Ausserdem waren sie ziemlich trocken. Die Frites dazu schmeckten gut, aber der Beilagensalat war lieblos angerichtet, einfach ein paar riesige Salatblätter und sehr wenig Sauce. Alles in allem eine ziemliche Enttäuschung da kenne ich Orte in Vevey und Umgebung, wo man diese Fische sehr viel besser zubereitet. Leider waren diese am Fête des Vignerons natürlich immer ausgebucht. Immerhin war der Service einigermassen in Ordnung freundlich, aber nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Staff were amazing! My parents stayed here 6 nights. Already at the beginning of their stay, they commented on how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Then my mom rolled her ankle. The staff member who saw us hobbling my mom in immediately offered to bring ice up to the room. The staff were super helpful and accomadating and my parents felt very well cared for throughout their stay. They are excited to stay here again and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vevey.

Good evening, I was invited to have dinner.. I wasn't aware it was also a Hotel. Food was OK, but very very small portion. Food quality , was so and so. Much more was expected from such restaurant. Wine was nice.. COFFEE, is served from a automatic machine. Shocking, as Swisserland has some of the best sip machines..coffee was just water.. Service was nice and attentive.. Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Vevey in Gehdistanz zum See. Zimmer sind einfach zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Durch die Lage des Hotels könnte es in lauen Sommernächten etwas laut sein. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit. Frühstück für CHF 15.00/Person kann dazu gebucht werden.

Location was great, room cleansiness was great and staff were kind. My stay there was pleasant with good facilities. The only downside to my stay was the 15 Franc breakfast spread, which was very basic. Made more sense to walk down the road to a bakery. Overall a great experience

Location is very good and staff are very friendly. Facility is very outdated but everything is clean and it works. The downside is that it was impossible to sleep due to the street noise drunk people yelling after midnight, delivery trucks parking and slamming doors

A nice place in the middle of the old town, impeccable welcome and dynamic staff. Nice plate, the flank steak from the daily menu this Saturday was excellent. Réservez une table maintenant

Great food, good service! Tables by the window are very close together, so there is little privacy when eating. Still worth a visit.
