Les Oliviers - Réserver une table

We were staying in a village close by and asked our hosts to book us in somewhere nice for new years eve. We both chose the three course set menu, which was delicious. I chose a huge chicken salad as entrée, steak as a main, and crème brulee. My partner had a baked camembert and parma ham salad, tartare (250g worth of raw minced meat)! and a yogurt type desert. It was all very yummy and we were absolutely stuffed afterward. You definitely get more than your money's worth here. With the two menus, plus a bottle of wine and two apertifs, the bill came to about 55 euros. Very very good value. The staff were lovely, even though we didn't speak French they did their best to speak as much English as they could. Great place.

This restaurant was execrable in every sense; the food was unsophisticated and poorly cooked. Who can overcook Confit de Canard? You just open the tin and heat it up! What we ate was truly inedible. I know this restaurant has some good ratings, but if you like sophisticated food with a hint of culinary ambition, this is not the restaurant for you. Absolutely awful.

A good value restaurant/bistro for lunch or evening meal. Small but imaginative and changing menu. Good mix of quality and quantity.

Ate here with family. A really enjoyable meal. large portions. We had the 20 euro menu. Plenty of choice and was delicious

nice food and pleasant place staff are friendly and wine good. Visited when 1st arrived and must go back and try again.
