We arrived to see the wood was burning well on the fire (it was lunchtime! . A good selection of different meats to be barbecued, or typical mountain meals, such as macaronis à la crème (macaroni with cream, onions and small bacon cubes . I had fillet...steak and my husband the entrecôte. They were ENORMOUS and very very good. Served with seasonal vegetables and a choice of jacket potatoes, chips, or homemade crisps. A green salad, decorated with tomatoes was the starter. Service excellent, very friendly. A dog friendly restaurant with bowls of water within easy reach. We will go again.
First time we visited this restaurant located at the far end of the Les Paccots village. It was recommended by a friend and we definitely also recommend it. As it was summer we were sitting on the large terrace, enjoying some Swiss specialties: a platter...of dried meats and cheese with fondue afterwards. We were also very tempted by the open grill next to the terrace on which the chef was sizzling some steaks mouth watering! Horses and cows on the pastures next door completed the Swiss scenery. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Mitte August haben wir Les Rosalys erneut besucht. Das Essen (insbesondere die Hüttensuppe) war excellent. Das Fleisch perfekt grilliert. Das Dessert (Meringue mit Doppelrahm) der Hammer.Die Zimmer waren sauber, freundlich, jedoch etwas laut. Für Personen mit schlechtem Einschlagen eher ungeeignet.Unbedingt vorreservieren, auch sls Hotelgäste!

This restaurant is nice but very busy. You wait a long time to be served. The view is lovely and salad and steak was very tasty. Portions are big so we had no room left for dessert. There is a play area for children which...is gre t for families. I would recommend but be ware service is long.
