Booked for two families for 8pm. After 20 minutes finally given some water with a drink order arriving after 40 minutes. Food arrived at 9:10 but they managed to forget to bring two peoples meals for another ten minutes which then arrived cold. Waiting staff...didn’t return when asked to bring sauces or apologise for taking so long. We were sat next to a local English group having a quiz night which perhaps didn’t help and was also really annoying. Took over two hours to have a single course. The food when it did come out was fine but nothing special. Bit of a shame as it was our last meal of the Holliday. Maybe we were just there on a bad day ? Maybe book for 7pm to avoid our experience or...

Arrived for a lake swim changed mind as the restaurant looked enticing. Various menu combinations went for 27 euro version. Beware the soup starter so much that I could have donned my trucks and dived in. This vegetable soup must be a legend in these...parts it was served in what can only be described as a bucket after 3 bowl fulls each we had to give up brilliant. Next I had frois gras with crisp bread and chutney other half had Caesar salad Delicious both enjoyed Main course was shoulder of veal with parmentier pots and an asparagus tartlets and jus Pudding was apple crumble with cream and fruit tiramisu. Stopped here after visiting the swimming lake with its sandy beach which this place overlooks. Fancied a glass of wine afterwards and ordered a 75cl carafe of white wine for €9.50 plus some tap water as it was so hot. The service was instantaneous and...the lovely lady saw how thirsty we were and asked if we'd like another bottle as it was such a hot day. We also had some ice creams for the rest if the family which were reasonable. Great spot for a meal overlooking the lake and I'd really recommend it.

Excellent emplacement, à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec beaucoup d'ombre à côté du lac. Le service était un peu lent. Nous avons attendu nos menus et nos premières boissons, mais dès que la nourriture est arrivée, tout s'est amélioré. Bon choix de prix allant d'environ 20 à 35 euros pour le repas du soir, 4 ou 5 plats. J'ai tout apprécié sans me sentir rassasié. Je recommande.

Excellent restaurant dans un bel endroit avec vue sur un petit lac aux poissons. Nous avons opté pour le menu 4 plats à 23 euros (il y avait une sélection de 3 menus fixes dans ce prix, ainsi que la carte à la carte) et avons apprécié tous les plats, nous avons trouvé que cela valait le coup. Réponse rapide lors de notre réservation par email et accueil chaleureux.

C'est normalement un endroit fantastique, avec de superbes vues, de la bonne nourriture et un personnel adorable. D'où 5 étoiles ! Mais il est actuellement en cours de travaux et est fermé même si le site internet ne le dit pas. Je suis allé le voir moi-même ! Le répondeur indique qu'ils seront ouverts... à nouveau en mars 2019. À bientôt !

Délicieux, mauvaise cantine la nourriture pour aller aux restaurants. Les frites surgelées étaient à peine cuites et le menu est fade. Il y a quelques excellents restaurants en face, mais ce n'est pas l'un d'entre eux. C'est triste car il y a une mauvaise réputation pour quoi. Sinon, c'est un beau village.

we have all chosen the fantastic 3 cursor menu at 28 euro per head. the main dish I chose was cod, which was delicious, like the starter of the foie gras and the apple and pastis dessert. we chose to eat outside with views of the sea. warm, friendly. atmosphere with attentive service.

Juste au moment où nous pensions que notre restaurant préféré ne pouvait pas être meilleur, il a été entièrement rénové ! L'accueil de Gwen et la nourriture ne pourraient pas être meilleurs ! ET les prix n'ont PAS augmenté. Le seul endroit où manger dans ce quartier !

Wonderful setting, sat outside on the terrace on a hot day. Plenty of shade provided. Five course menu of the day just wonderful value. One of our party wanted a different main course which was accommodated. Wine very good and service excellent.
