A very nice address to enhance the products of our beautiful Dordogne and our magnificent region. Extremely careful service without being stuffy. Special mentions for the processing of fennel from starter to dessert, and for organic Bergerac from the Ancienne Cure estate. A great discovery on the nose and palate! With the added bonus of a visit from the Chef at the end of the meal, it's an extra pleasure to share . Well done to the whole brigade, and thank you.
