Excellent gourmet restaurant. The decor is superb, very modern and the lighting is sublime. The food, what can I say... The dishes are all better than the others, and the foods that I don't usually like here seem simply exquisite to me. The presentation is sober but really effective. The service is excellent. The chairs pulled out, the glasses served, the fascinating explanations... The only problem that I will highlight is water which is chargeable, which seems strange as water is a primary commodity which should not be chargeable. For someone like me who doesn't have a wallet allowing me to set foot there every weekend, it's a really pleasant one-off experience to treat myself from time to time for special occasions (birthday in section for example). And it's accessible to everyone if we do without fast food and other nonsense that is bad for both our health and our taste buds. Thank you to all the employees, servers and cooks of the restaurant for this experience which will have marked my culinary memories for a long time.

The establishment hosts a gourmet brasserie and gourmet restaurant. The welcome was a little hesitant the evening we came. Electrical devices charging on tables, 1 or 2 empty glasses lying on the coffee tables in the entrance and a very basic cloakroom. This could be trivial if it were the brasserie, but it is much less so for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Fortunately the room service and of course the cuisine are on a whole new level. Beautiful, neat decoration but somewhat spoiled by a servant on wheels perhaps practical for service, but very ugly... In my opinion, the dishes offered that evening were mostly of a level higher than the single Michelin star. The chef excels at magnifying simple products. Beautiful wine list with a attentive sommelier who offers good advice.

Invited to lunch by my father in this restaurant, what a divine moment. A well-deserved star, the second should not be long in coming either given the accuracy and intelligence behind each dish. An extraordinary setting, a magnificent view, friendly and attentive staff. A unique experience ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Tout était parfait. réception, service, qualité des produits mangés (le lion spécial pour le dessert). le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
