I 've been coming to this restaurant for several years and it 's been one of the best in town. Sadly no longer the case, they 're honest to say all their fish is farmed which isn 't great for a seaside town. The razor clam started were raw, sardines were half cleaned... I took what I thought was a safe option with the mussels... again really not good at all. Old, cold and still all strung together with weed and sand (probably also from Spain which again is such a shame as we are next to the huge mussel beds). Maybe the chef had a bad day but really seems he didn 't want to be there judging by the house music blaring from the open kitchen. Sadly it will for sure be my last time here.

The service is efficient and friendly. The fish and seafood are very fresh and on display. The cooking is perfect as well as the recipes. But I would not put it number one in Agde as some people suggest. You cannot compare with the Bistro d Herve or Larcen restaurants. We had the razor clams which were excellent and the Monk fish Bourride which was perfect. So everything is perfect, except that you are on a Terrace in the middle of a very busy pedestrian street where a lot of people cycle and kids play on their roller-skates and scooters.

It looks like just a fishmonger with an eating terrace extension. Seating space is limited and so is the availability of tables ensure you make reservations upfront. That being said, the food you get is very fresh and tasty a seafood lover 's delight! Takes a while to prepare, but well worth the wait. Their plateau fruits de mer is to die for.

The local fish shop is a hidden jewel. Tended to by owner couple you'll eat great seafood, extra fresh, raw or cooked. Perfect dinner. Reservations a must as seating space is very limited. Can highly reccomend spaghetti with seafood and Bourride de Lotte sétoise.
