In the first place, this restaurant is located in a privileged place opposite the Mediterranean sea, with wonderful views and an unparalleled seaside atmosphere. if we add the quality of the soup and the service it has, everything becomes an immense pleasure for the senses and enjoyment in general. We eat mussel bouchot, duck confit chromes, and bouchot rossejat; and desserts say they are always worthwhile, for their originality and combination of tastes so well chosen. I advise you to go and not to be carried by your average score, does not honor your quality and friendly service.
One of our favourite restaurants .. went there at least once every year in the past 20 years ... then came Covid and a change in Management. Food and service very disappointing. The only reason they are still around is the location which is super ... having said that, if you have a table outside then there are people wandering by the whole time which is a bit off-putting. Food and service very poor given the high prices charged. All the Spanish customers seem to have abandoned the restaurant only foreigners seemed to be there now. We will not be going back .... EVER
Queríamos arroz, normalmente pedimos un arroz de mar. La opción única que había era un arroz de Bogavante. En la carta no lo ponía pero era caldoso. Aún así, era extrabueno, de muy buen sabor, aunque el caldo no ayudaba a rebajar el calor. Pedimos una ensalada de Burrata...para mi gusto pequeña, pero también muy buena. A primera linea de mar y con un muy buen servicio, es una gran alternativa en Calella para comer, aunque no se barato. Conviene reservar.
Un sitio privilegiado en calella al lado del mar, muy atenta la chica de la reserva, y el chico que nos atendio, laa criquetas de jamon buenas pero los calamares gomosos y de poco sabor, sin embargo la lubina para dos personas a 34 euros la racion estaba buenisima, de postres un culant de chocolate sin mas y algo frio, en cambio un postre de garapiña y crema de leche muy bueno
