Excellent lunch on the terrace. The restaurant offers a great value course menu with a glass of wine and coffee included for (service also included). For a restaurant of this quality in a beautiful setting with the views of Fayence, the hotel pool...and gardens and the Roman Aqueduct it was outstanding value. Every dish was perfectly cooked and presented and the service was faultless. They are only open for lunch days a week (Fri-Mon) so reservations are a must as not surprisingly it was full when we visited. If you appreciate excellent Provençal food in a delightful setting then this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This is currently the No restaurant in Fayence. For that reason you have to make a reservation well in advance. Easy to access by car with a big car park just outside. Sunny and warm days, the garden offers a great alternative to the...indoor restaurant. Extremely good service and competent personnel. The dishes and the wines are extraordinary. Add the atmosphere in an old mill and it is just perfect. Congratulations to the team behind this wonderful place!

I have eaten here several times in this summer and eating is delicious. I am also impressed by the service and how polite and friendly the staff are. I'm disabled and the employees make sure that I sit comfortably and meet my needs....I'm so happy with the restaurant that I return with six friends on Monday.

We last dined here years ago and were pleased to experience the same outstanding level of service and superb food. Certainly hope to return more frequently. Excellent lunch menu value at including a glass of wine and coffee.

beautiful old school restaurant, attentive staff and excellent eating, very reasonable cost also, can not wait to retune! could be our favorite restaurant
