Lesters Deli Express P.e.t. Us Terminal(restricted Access)

I have had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant, which is disappointing because the smoked meat sandwiches are decent and it used to be a regular stop for me when leaving town. Unfortunately, the service is rude and slow, so I no longer stop here. During my last visit, I waited 25-30 minutes for a smoked meat sandwich without fries. I left my water bottle and chips on the table after waiting for 10 minutes. Perhaps it is time for a new manager? I hope they can improve their service.

I visited this restaurant during a business trip and ordered the smoked meat sandwich with a side of poutine and a maple syrup spiced soda. The sandwich with mustard was delicious and the poutine was decent. As my business trip came to an end, I needed a fix and was happy to enjoy one last meal before heading back home to my new city. Overall, the dining experience was delightful.

I visited this restaurant this morning and was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. As someone who travels for business twice a month, I always make it a point to stop here to eat. Mike is usually the one serving me, and he always provides excellent food with a friendly attitude. I am left wondering where Mike is this time, as he is truly the best.

The food was amazing and the customer service was outstanding. The two employees were friendly and attentive. I apologize if I misspelled their names, but Artie and Brianna made my experience fantastic! I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in YUL!

The smoke meat sandwich at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and served quickly. The chef, Mike, is very friendly.
