L'Estran - Réserver une table

5 of us ate here during a lovley sunny day in July. We sat outside, although it was very busy our waitress was very attentative and helpful. We all went for the menu du jour. Three of us had langoustines to start - a really good plate full. My wife had the chevre crostini which was also lovey. My mother in law went for two courses. Our mains were moules frites, again good sized portion with a mountain of chips for three! my wife had the brandade du morue ( sea cod fish pie) which was excellent and my mother in law the porc with cider sauce. Desserts were chocolate gateau -and according to my daughter and mother in law it was absolutely fabulous (they should know- they ate plenty on the holiday). My wife had a selection of ice creams - again excellent flavours - I had the brie. This was all accompanied by a bottle of muscadet and some cider. Excellent value for 100€ for 5!

Bravo à Henri en cuisine et à Gwenn en salle, couple sympathique s'il en est à la tête de cet établissement de qualité depuis quelques mois! Bravo malgré les nostalgiques de leurs prédécesseurs (lire certains commentaires par ailleurs) qui confondent amitiés et objectivité.Après plusieurs déjeuners et diners, j'affirme que ce restaurant vaut le détour par l'Île Tudy pour la cuisine, le cadre et le service. Expérience à l'appui entre la carte, le menu, et le spécial menu homard... Une excellente cuisine de marché avec des produits ultra-frais, de la livraison à l'assiette, simplement préparée.Régalez-vous!

2ème expérience à l'estran, 2ème déception ! Service approximatif, aucune organisation... Les plats débarquent alors que l'on commence tout juste l'apéro...Plats froids et très peu copieux, rapport qualité prix complètement injustifié et service absolument impersonnel !L'estran se veut un restaurant gastronomique de renom mais ce n'est qu'esbrouffe ! Comme le café du port et les bons petits plats de Gilles nous paraissent loin ! Mon conseil : fuyez !

Friends brought us to this beautiful restaurant several times during our short visit and each meal was incredible! The seafood was amazing and the service was excellent. Chef Henri has a magic touch. The lobster cocotte was absolutely the best I've ever had. If you're anywhere near Île- Tudy, you must dine here.

We visited here after a trip to Ile Tudy. The restaurant is right by the sea front. Staff were friendly and helpful and the menu is good. Nice setting and decor for an evening out.
