Another warm, attentive and professional welcome from all the staff, Chef Gaetan EVRARD and his team have once again spoiled us both from a taste and visual point of view; the room is as classy and sober as ever, embellished by the works of his wife Ludivine EVRARD. Also note that the food wine pairing is still successful and that I was pleasantly surprised by the food tea pairing. Thank you again and see you soon! In addition, the restaurant is made to accommodate both a group and people wanting to spend a quiet moment and thanks to the set-up everything is accommodated to satisfy all customers.
The meal was excellent. We had a preference for 3 dishes which surprised us, in addition to being delicious. The atmosphere was more relaxed than in other Michelin-starred restaurants, which we appreciated. The service was pleasant with an efficient and smiling butler, just as much as the waitresses.
