Having taken family here in the past and enjoyed the food and the service it was a disappointing experience this time. Arrived at 7.20, table of six organised and were ready to order 10 minutes later. Even though I gave notice to our waitress on numerous occasions that we were ready and our teenagers were ravenous our order was not taken until 8.45. A request for bread was ignored twice and our food finally arrived at 9.15. The pizzas were excellent but the ham and onion omelette arrived without the ham. Admittedly it was very busy but it was annoying to see customers who arrived after us being served before us. If we had been told that there would be a long wait for service we would have go...
Je donne 5 étoiles pour ce pub français, car je l'adore. Il est ouvert 7 jours sur 7, toute la semaine, très rare en France. Le service peut être lent, mais si vous vous détendez et appréciez le spectacle, cela peut être merveilleux. C'est un peu chic, mais les propriétaires sont adorables et la nourriture est toujours bonne. Bon appétit!
We arrived at Excalibur about 8 and had a party of 8. we were accomodated over the road from the main restaurant. We had loud music playing from the kids cars which made conversation difficult. However for those negatives the food as always was brill but will book next time :
