Table booked for a Saturday evening. On arrival no table ready for us. Eventually given a grubby table. Drinks ordered via waitress, food had to be ordered at bar. Choose starter and mains and asked for both courses NOT to be served together. This did happen dispute our request but no apologies. Food was tasty and freshly cooked. Although taking everything into account felt very expensive for both food and drink. A small glass of lime and soda cost over£3.00 !! We tried to order desserts but were told they were closing and wouldn’t serve desserts or coffee at 8.50pm Not very friendly and service poor. Overall on this occasion they could of done better. Wouldn’t hurry back or recommend .
Don 't be put off by the transport cafe exterior we had a really warm welcome and excellent food, beer and wine in the lovely interior. Plenty of fellow diners were enjoying the delightful garden. Not particularly cheap, but definitely good value for money which is what matters. We were staying at the M4 Travelodge, and Lezzet, just a few moments away by car or a twenty minute walk, was so much better than the service area alternatives. Really fun and different we 'll be back!
Came this evening for a meal for my husband's birthday. From start to finish,the service was outstanding. Enough choice on the menu and not to much to overwhelm. We had 2 starters and 2 mains which were cooked to perfection. Our server didn't catch her name) was lovely. She brought out a cake I had dropped down for my husband,lights off and everyone sang happy birthday. Definitely recommend.
Basic venue in need of a freshen up. Only two other customers in there when we arrived. No hand towels or toilet tissue in the Gents toilet. Expensive hot drinks and served by someone who did not even say hello or break a smile. We will not be returning there. Réservez une table maintenant
