Food- 3.5Service- 3.5 starsDecor- 3.5 starsWas walking through this neighbourhood and decided to pop in and have some dinner. Service was friendly and decor was old city chic. We ordered some drinks and I found that the beer wasn't cold enough but my wife loved her homemade lemonade. We started with the pulled pork tacos which were delicious. We shared the special mac & cheese which had 4 cheeses and bacon and it was good but just lacked the gooey cheesiness you expect from this plate. I had the beef burger with Poutine. The burger was a good value and tasty but the Poutine was ok. Again, little gravy so cheese curds were not melted and wasn't hot enough. My wife had the butter chicken burge...

I had 2 different experiences going to this place. The first time I didn't like the service as I had to mention 3 times that I am vegan and the person kept on suggesting me non vegan options. Some of their drinks contain eggs. What's nice is that they have a page of vegan options and if the service is good like the second time around then it's awesome to go in. The food is good and their vegan brownie is great , but had different versions both times for some reason. I hesitated whether give it 3 or 4 stars and since I'm the only review I'll give the place a chance. It's a good place overall.
I have been there a few times, because they have some interesting veg-options on their menu. Everything vegetarian and vegan is marked on the menu. Unfortunately, every time, I was a little bit deceived. The food wasn’t bad, but nothing impressive. I never felt like I wanted more, because it didn’t taste that great. At the beginning, I just thought I didn’t choose the right thing for me, but after a few tries (breakfast and a few dinners), I made my mind and I will probably not go back, unless some non-veg friends want to go there.
It's a pretty meat-heavy place, but their vegan options are solid! They have two vegan burgers, one vegan poutine, vegan mac and cheese, vegan grilled cheese, cauliflower wings and more. The shiitake burger is absolutely delicious, fries are nice and crispy. Big portions. No vegan dessert as far as I know. Piece of advice for the restaurant: please don't use the official vegan symbol to mark vegetarian dishes, it's a bit confusing. It would be great if you could differentiate between vegan and vegetarian options on your menu Réservez une table maintenant
We ate the butter chicken sandwich. Quite tasty. If you're into hot spicy flavour then you'd definitely have to add hot sauce to it. Enjoyed the vegan brownie as well. Portions are good enough that you don't feel stuffed. And the prices are very reasonable. Staff are relaxed and friendly. A nice place to hang out with friends.
This is such a welcoming restaurant, bar & café in a really trendy part of Montreal. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and the food is hearty and great quality. I propped up the bar while I drank a coffee and tucked into the classic breakfast. Recommend to anyone.
Went back after 3 years only to eat them and they don't sell them anymore. We got a poutine and pickle fries and they were both very good. I would recommend to bring your date here!
They have outdoor seating which was so cute and lots of vegan options my favorite vegan poutine in mtl! Réservez une table maintenant
A nice spot for dinner and drinks with something to satisfy everyone vegan and non vegans alike!
