Pure. serves many vegan items, including pastries, sandwiches, pre-packaged main plates and some desserts in a pot. I ate a vegan Danish vanilla pastry, and it was delicious. The soy-milk latte was also very tasty. I brought my own cup, and it cost only 2.50 GBP. Otherwise, it's 3.50. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-01

I was thrilled by Pure, which offers an abundance of vegan options, including wraps, sandwiches, bowls, granola, and coconut yogurt pots. I haven't tried any of the hot food yet, but I highly recommend it for its wide variety of vegan choices—much more than places like Pret or EAT.

We had two “The Very Vegan” wraps ! £5.50 ea. and two Flat Whites £3.50 ea. with Soya Milk. The wraps were very tasty, but there should be more filling. The coffees were excellent and the soya milk was free. Good value for an airport. Nice ambiance. Quick service. Clean.

This place is what makes air travel and airports a bit more bearable! Lots of vegan options, hot and cold, plant milks, free water !! , and vegan vanilla danish pastry. No more Pret for me at Gatwick North... Pure is in a class of its own. Réservez une table maintenant

I was just craving a small snack when I came across their vegan mandel croissants! They were delicious, filled with a lovely mandel cream. They also offered various plant-based milks at no extra charge, which was a nice bonus!

Lots of vegan options. Clearly marked. I felt smug onboard my flight with my box of greens and grains and my ‘cheese’cake pot. Was able to refill my water bottle here too. The vegan croissant looked amazing.

Chai latte and mocha are vegan with plant milks, which are no extra cost. £1 discount for hot drinks when you bring your own reusable cup. Filtered water tap available to fill water bottles before you board.

Had the vanilla crown pastry as they were out of the almond croissant! Sooo good! Much better than the croissant. They also don't charge extra for plant milk. Winner! Réservez une table maintenant

There is no charge for plant milks here and there is at least one vegan option in all categories here of wraps, bowls, etc. Free filtered water too but it’s slow.
