Great location near the beach. The room is large and pretty. However, we came mainly to sleep. The TV didn't work (but a lot of wind so it's not the hotel's fault) The shower doesn't have a medium option: you either burn or freeze. As for the comfort of the bed: sleep on the floor, it's the same thing. Really hard bed, I woke up several times with tingling in my arms (yes, it really disrupts your blood flow). Don't have any back problems. As for the breakfast, it wasn't bad, it was good, but I don't think it was worth €10.50 per head. My worst experience in a hotel. A reservation for 3 nights in a standard double room. 3 nights 3 different rooms was already limited. But the worst the second night I warn that I will collect the card late at night because I was from wedding. I come home at 3 a.m. and learn that my room has been given to someone else. It is unacceptable and frankly very disappointing to be so little taken into consideration by the staff. The hotel does not stick to agreements. Reservations are completely ignored at this hotel. This hotel is absolutely not recommended. The customer is treated like the last human being. A promised taxi is suddenly no longer paid for. Zero service. There are customers February 1 and third class. If mistakes are made, the customer shall be liable for them. Scam Room booked in June. Cancellation by telephone the day before as possible in the hotel confit. A person on the phone who assures me that the request is taken into account. Excellent hotel for a Shuttle stopover made the process very straightforward (even with a dog and baby, and late night arrival). Basic but comfortable room and good breakfast got our holiday off to a great start! Safety: In a quiet (light commercial) area so car (with bikes) felt reasonably safe. Sadly not as good as it used to be, used to stay here regularly as it was great location, clean, good service and great for the dog. Now its getting tired rooms need a refit had issues the last four times staying there from room smelling of drains to no TV or kettle and shower not draining so you can't run it more than 30 seconds. The location is ideal with electric vehicle charging stations available, close to the Cité Europe. The rooms are clean, spacious, with everything you need available. The breakfast is complete, everything was good. The staff was very pleasant. I will come back ! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Pretty basic hotel but clean tidy. Does what it says on the tin, okay for a quick stopover before Le Shuttle. Breakfast served from 6am, continental style buffet. Gluten free options available if you let them know in advance. Car charging points in the car park, including Tesla.
