We stopped in Bricquebec for an afternoon and it is a lovely town with a great market on a Monday. The restaurant is within a Norman chateau that is also a hotel and it is simply stunning with lots of history. There was a good menu to choose from with several set menu options as well as a la carte. We opted for the plat and dessert which was an amazingly good value price of just 12 Euros with coffee included. We had supreme de volaille (chicken breast cooked in a white wine sauce with broad beans) followed by Cassis Miroir (Blackcurrant Bavarois Mousse) and the meal was absolutely delicious and such good value. We also had very good coffee to complete the meal. The service was excellent and the venue just beautiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely visit again.

We chose one of the good value set menus and received a stunning 4 courses with friendly and efficient service and beautiful presentation. Everything was truly delicious and the atmosphere and setting were lovely. One of the best meals I have ever had.

We were stating at a chateau nearby that did not offer evening meals and recommended here. Well worth it. Great food, lovely fresh fish including Oysters and steaks. Great Raspberry Crème Brule Good service.

Great food and wine choice across various set menus and a la carte. Service impeccable in medieval vaulted cellar. Don't miss it.
