We waited for 2 hours for our food and didn't even receive half of our order correctly. One woman, one man, and an incompetent person (Chris) took our order and wrote it so small that even a 60-year-old had trouble reading it. I had to ask them to clear some tables so that a family who had already been waiting could get a plate, which they seemed to have run out of. Chinese food in this country has been westernized and modified to have the same menu in every Chinese takeout place. It was Christmas Eve and the restaurant was busy, but that was no excuse for the poor service. The place was dirty and run-down, with cracked floors and yellowed walls from years of cooking. The food was subpar, with thin sauces and watery soup. Everything was poorly done, and we couldn't even enjoy the meal. We ended up leaving at 8:45, after waiting for over two hours, with only half of our order served. If you find yourself hungry in this area, I recommend going to the donut shop next door or Carls Jr. instead of Lili's. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I decided to order based on the reviews. We ordered the chicken frying, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and broccoli with garlic sauce. Everything was delicious and more than satisfying.
