We had an incredible time at Liberty Vineyards Winery! The wines were excellent, and the charcuterie board was superb. Our tasting guide, Cindy, was personable and took the time to ask questions, allowing her to suggest the wines we liked best. A special thanks to Pam Isaac for the truck tour and for sharing fascinating stories. The entire staff made our visit truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
The wine at Liberty Vineyards Winery is good, but the staff seemed uninterested in being friendly or informative. I felt rushed to leave the premises. Having owned my own business for 33 years, I know what excellent customer service entails, and unfortunately, I didn’t find it here. A simple smile and engaging conversation with customers—those who support your business—go a long way. Just a few suggestions for improvement.
This winery is absolutely fantastic, offering excellent customer service. Every time we come for a wine tasting, we are greeted with a warm smile and incredibly friendly staff. The wines are delightful, and the chocolate truffles are truly a treat! Overall, it’s a wonderful place to visit!
I'm unsure about my overall experience at Liberty Vineyards Winery. The wines were excellent, but we couldn't shake the feeling that we were more of a bother than guests. That said, I would still recommend stopping by to explore their menu. Réservez une table maintenant
