This is by far the best kosher deli anywhere. We've been going there for years. Even when we lived on Long Island, it was worth the half hour trip. Now that we have moved upstate, it is a “must” stop whenever we are on LI. The food never disappoints. The sandwiches are so stuffed that you can make two sandwiches from the meat on them. My hubby and I absolutely love this deli!! Everything they sell is super fresh, delicious and perfectly served. We love the deli sandwiches, chef salads, soups, hot dogs, knishes and the regulach.. The owners and staff are out of this world friendly!! The newly renovated place is great!! They treat their customers like family!! I would travel hours to go here! I mean it! They sell their items for out of towners on Goldbelly!!
The most tender melt in your mouth Phenomenal pastrami I’ve ever tasted. And for you liver lovers like me, such tasty chopped liver. I had the 5. Pastrami plus (with chopped liver) on rye sandwich. Amazing. The place is a solid establishment with a takeout deli on one side and dining space on the other. Great staff and customer service. Can’t wait to comeback.
I ordered a platter for 14 people along with 2 fried chickens, and the food was absolutely perfect! They even called me 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup to confirm the details, ensuring that the chicken would be served hot. The customer service was exceptional!

Family has been going here for decades, and first time back since the renovation. Food remains top notch and the staff is just as friendly and gracious. Am hopeful that the new facade and sleek atmosphere continue to bring in success for this neighborhood fixture!
Lido Kosher is simply the best kosher deli on the South Shore. Went there with my grandmother in the mid 90's, food always excellent. Went there last Saturday, food was excellent. No other words needed except TRY IT, YOU'LL LOVE IT!
Had a pastrami sandwich. It was GREAT. Hadn't had one that good in ages. Also had fries, they were ok. The pickels and cold slaw they give free as appetizers were excellent. Will visit again soon.
Hands down the best pastrami on long island. We've been coming To Lido kosher deli for over 50 years. The people are super nice, all the food is excellent. Highly recommend!!!
