Lido Mappo - Réserver une table

The food and the ambience are good. Unfortunately we have to deduct stars from the service. We are disappointed with the performance for the 4th time in a row. Our dinner order (6 people) was completely forgotten twice and served incorrectly or not at the same time twice. There was never a cozy family dinner. Our friendly complaint was responded to very rudely and at the end we were offered a limoncello, which all guests also received. We are very disappointed and will definitely not eat there again!

Die Crew der Familie Norfio, vormals vom Ai Fienile nebenan, übernahm das Lido Mappo 2020. Die Karte bietet allen etwas Feines, der Service ist herzlich, die Terrasse hat eine wunderbare Pergola. Ich genoss einen meisterhaft zubereiteten Ossobucco und meine Tochter wunderbare Spaghetti. Besser geht nicht.

Pizza was nice, however there is no wine menu. Asked for the house wine, and we got charged €42 CHF for a ok bottle of Rose! Be careful seems like they do this on purpose, scam

Nicht zu empfehlen. Never again. Gewartet, falsches Essen, dann zurückgenommen, gleiches Fleisch (Entrecote) aufgewärmt wieder gebracht. Gemüse extra verrechnet.

Very good quality of food, well cooked and seasoned, perfect and friendly service it couldn't be better
