L'Igloo Lounge Bar Restaurant

We visited on the chalet hosts' day off so the restaurant was very busy. We got our table within 15 minutes of our booked time and we sat in the igloo part of the restaurant which was a lovely experience. The menu was quite extensive and we had pizzas, a burger and a pasta dish which were all really tasty. The waitress was very friendly and we did not feel rushed despite the number of people in the restaurant. We had gone on recommendation from our holiday rep and were very glad that we took his advice.

Good food Good looking placeBut when I went to ask for something 5 minutes after we got in the restaurant, a guy behind the bar did not let me finished my phrase and told me to seat down and did some signs with his hand (the go away sign). Honestly as the restaurant was pretty empty, I really felt embarassed. First and last time, there are so many good restaurants and gentle people in this ski resort

We ate here on our hosts day off after looking at Tripadvisor reviews. They weren't wrong! The food was delicious and cocktails even better! It's pretty funky looking inside, the lights can be a bit distracting but makes for a fun atmosphere. Would eat here again.

The restaurant was very busy and were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The food was ok but the service was substandard. Very interesting décor and worth a visit if you have patience.

Well presented pizzas and burgers, steaks etc. Friendly staff, quick service - booking advised as the place is always busy at peak times because it's good value for money .... for Meribel
