Been coming here for years, we love the burgers. I check the special every week, they always have creative and tasty specials.But the two stars are for the fries. What the heck is going on with your fries? They are always either soggy and covered in grease, or completely charred in both cases they are inedible. I paid almost ten bucks for queso and fries and couldn't even eat it because the fries were so soggy. This has been going on for months.Why bother having these great burger specials when you don't hav edible fries. Sad.
I ordered the Big Woody and a side of fries. The only positives I found were the reasonable prices and the late hours, which make me willing to give it another chance. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The bun was stale and looked like it had been mishandled, making the whole thing quite messy. The fries were lukewarm, soggy, and overly greasy, causing them to stick together. It's such a great location and has many positive reviews, so I'm hopeful that this was just an isolated incident.
Pretty pricy for the type of burger spot, but I'd go back. Good fresh lettuce and a good burger patty. Really love all the custom options like mush room, onions and all the sauces. Great for quick service. Comparable to a 5 guys. Onion rings were super great, fries were good, but very greasy. Malted chocolate shake was good according to my fiance.
I ordered the burger of the week pongo fried chicken sandwich, and I’m so glad I made the right choice. It’s so refreshing to see a burger chain experiment with so many flavours. And it has no cheese ? just the way I like it. Every bite was flavourful; gobbled it up before I could think about taking a picture. Highly recommend this burger!!

I always make an effort to support local businesses. My experience here was just average. I ordered the smoked burger, and I had to check if it was their standard burger. The onion ring batter was decent, but overall, the flavors were merely okay. Additionally, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly.
I used to go here all the time. The burgers are good, but I don't go anymore because the fries aren't crispy. More soggy, really. I'm not sure why they make them that way. Once they had tots and it was the greatest thing to happen in my life. Wish they always had that.

Fantastic burger! I tried the special aioli burger, and it was excellent. I also ordered some “hand-cut” fries, but they weren’t actually hand-cut, and they came out undercooked and oily. Please heat the oil more! Overall, the service and atmosphere were great.
