We ate here by chance and were very pleased with our choice. The menu is German style but a lot more original than many of the local places. The prices are very reasonable and the service very good. The place has a neat, feminine touch about it which sets it apart from some of the other bistros and Kellers I tried. I took the panned mushrooms with the house wine (Muller Thurgau) and was very impressed. The food was prepared with a surprising finesse. If I come back to Stade on a non-busuness trip I will probably eat here again. Recommended!
