I went there a few nights ago for my friend's birthday party. I have been to Lilo Bar a few times before over the years. In saying this, that was probably 10 years ago. I do like the modern layout of the bar, the patio, swimming area upstairs and the large space for groups. The place certainly has potential and could easily host over 100 people, however space in one thing, catering is another. I think the catering could be improved, the menu options didn't cater for vegetarians or vegans, even though my friend had called a few days before to organise something. The atmosphere in this places is fabulous upon the roof top with the doors open throughout so no matter where your sitting you feel like your outside. It's great. There was a fashion show for a ladies night, so the martini drinks were themed and the appies were Mexican. Everything I ate was awesome and cooked to perfection , from the enchiladas too the stuffed little tacos. Delightful. There was flare bartending and a live DJ playing records.Also to go at the nights end, everyone got goodie bags with Estée Lauder mascara, a little compact mirror and some other cosmetics to sample! Met some work colleagues here for a Christmas party after not visiting the place for a few years. The re-design is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Overall, seems like a good function spot; I'm not sure it's really on the local "must-do" radar, but if you find yourself staying at the hotel or going to a function there, you'll have a good time.
Two of us went for food it was quite late in the evening but the meal we both wanted to order had all gone/sold out so had to choose another option which was ok just average..... to be honest I enjoyed the mango juice better, although my husband was happy with his meal, would I go back again? I wouldn't but my husband would .

Its was ok, we had breakfast here as it was included with the room, selection wasn't nice as the same things were out daily. With hot foods, other than eggs and hash brown and baked beans, couldn't eat anything else. Hotel doesn't provide Halal food for Muslim Guests. Lunch
From boutique Korean dishes to Caesar salad. Although the menu isn't extensive there is enough variety to please most palates. I would have liked to see a variety of salads to chose from, as there was only one, other than the caesar salad.
As we were staying at the hotel the bar is located within we returned to the bar after dinner on the esplanade. They had good live music, plenty of comfortable seating and excellent cocktails for only $10 which included espresso martinis!
Do not expect gourmet, but you will get quality food for a reasonable price with helpful wait staff for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was expensive.

Well laid out with bar providing plenty of seating arrangements. Friendly staff and plenty of drinks to choose from.
Food very average. Service the same and on my visit not the quickest. Better to walk to nearby restaurants.
