We ordered a cake for a special occasion a week in advance, placing the order in person. When we arrived to pick it up the day before the event, they claimed there was no record of our order. After we explained that we had placed it, the staff seemed confused. Initially, they denied any knowledge of our order, but then one of the ladies backtracked and suggested that they'd assumed we wanted the cake ready the previous week, claiming we hadn't picked it up. We had given them our phone number when we placed the order, so if there had been any confusion about the pickup date, they should have called us. They didn’t, and instead, I felt like I was being gaslighted, as they tried to convince me...

The worst customer service the guy doesn’t greet you doesn’t understand barely any English ,there baklava is very very old and dry, I bought few pieces he charged me $15.00 I wanted a refund he said he didn’t no how to give a refund,why would you have someone work for you and doesn’t no how to work the registers never will go back there again every one should go to Shatile on Maple and 15 mile

Very good treats! Stopped in on a Monday afternoon, excellent service, very nice staff! Definitely tapped some chocolate dusting off the tiramisu, but better too much than too little! Cakes were amazing, tried a chocolate cherry mousse sort of cake as well, definitely recommend.

I’m pleasantly surprised to find such a delicious cake in our area. It’s quite different from American cakes—fluffy and not overly sweet. The chocolate-stuffed variety is truly amazing! I’m really glad I discovered this place. I appreciate your business! Réservez une table maintenant

We got our son's wedding cake from here. It was beautiful and delicious! They did a great job and everything was delivered on time and went smoothly. Also, their Baklavas are very tasty! Thank you Ahmed! We highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with a variety of Mediterranean pastries, and I can’t believe I waited so long to try them! Everything we sampled was incredible. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. I will definitely return!

Yesterday, I purchased a sweet cheese pie (halwet aljben), and it was spoiled and sour. I do not recommend it.
