We’d been meaning to try this Peruvian restaurant for some time, and finally made it there for a birthday celebration. We had high expectations based on the reviews, and the experience did not disappoint. The cocktails were expertly crafted and bursting with bold, balanced flavors. The ceviche—a refreshing seafood salad—was a standout with its freshness. Our main courses were richly flavored, capturing the essence of Latin American cuisine with their signature mix of spices, beans, and rice.
