I have wanted to go to this restaurant for a while, so when asked this year where I would like to celebrate my birthday it was first on my list.This restaurant is small and intimate in an old Fremantle building, I would say please make a reservation as this place is so superb and intimate you may miss your chance.What wonderful service, excellent dishes and a superb overall experience. Service was swift and efficient, with a large selection from the full bar. The food, where do you start as it is a class of it's own, we ended the night with one of each desert as everything was so wonderful we could not choose, even though we were full from the divine steak, pork belly and mouthwatering ravio...
Chose this restaurant without any prior knowledge as our original choice was closed on the Tuesday we wished to dine.Fairly small, intimate kind of place with a rustic style of decor, we were greeted pleasantly on entry and immediately shown to our table.The menu choice was modest but more than adequate, ( sometimes there is just TOO much choice!) The difficult part was choosing which to have as all sounded delicious.We weren't disappointed, each meal beautifully presented and delicious. Gosh! Another place we will have to return to! ........this is becoming a habit I really don't wish to break!Only mild disappointment was our choice of red wine, for the price charged it was barely average.....
Highly Recommended by locals, we booked a table for 6 for our last night in Fremantle (Thursday). Restaurant is located on an old shopping strip in East Fremantle and was fully subscribed on the night that we visited. Half of our entourage took the $75 any 3 courses off the menu option whilst the other half restricted themselves to mains/dessert option. Good coffee rounded the night out!Thank you Limones for putting a perfect full stop on our visit to Freo!
The venue is great and the food was excellent.The only reason that I would not return is the excruciatingly slow service. Three hours of sitting in a wooden chair for a three coarse meal is too long for me.From what I could glean it seemed as if 3 staff were trying to do everything , they just couldn't keep up.We must have been there at least 20 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted any drinks!!

I loved this restaurant! The food was delightful and the service unbeatable. We sat by the beautiful fire (a real one!) and sipped on our wine. Then we had delectable food- I had pork spare ribs- melt in your mouth! My partner and our friend had steaks that were delicious and his wife had rabbit which she loved. The rocket, pear and parmesan salad was really nice.
The restaurant is very cosy and intimate. The food is flawless. I ordered the carpaccio as starter, the snapper with asparagus as main and for desert panacotta. Everything was delicious!!! The service is excellent… The price is fair. I’d recommend this restaurant without a doubt.
We celebrated my birthday dinner here and the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the lobster pasta and by partner enjoyed some greens. My steak was sublime and the espresso martini was great! Just divine, looking forward to celebrating here some time in the near future.
We decided on Limones for our 1 year wedding anniversary and can't wait to go back again soon. I had the scallops for entree, steak for main and chocolate ganache for desert and was extremely happy with my choices. Could not fault anything about this restaurant!

a quality restaurant on charming George Street, East Freo. Interesting modest sized menu, at a reasonable price point - $30-$40 per main. Interesting wine list too. The service was professional and friendly and timely. Really enjoyed our meals. Will be back.
