Beautiful flavours – definitely one of our go-to gelato places in Melbourne, with all the gelato being made on-site. It had been a few years since our last visit, but Limonetto was just as good as we remembered. The mango was redolent of the actual fruit; the pistachio tasted of fresh nuts; the salted caramel a fantastic blend of sweet caramel and salt tang; and the tiramisu a creamy combination of coffee and chocolate.
I visited Limonetto, a charming ice cream shop near the harbor, for a quick dessert while watching the sunset. The ice cream was incredibly tasty and perfectly situated to enjoy gorgeous views of the city. The pistachio, hazelnut, and Ferrero Rocher flavors were exceptional and definitely worth trying, especially at the affordable price of $6.50 for 2 scoops. I will definitely be returning to Limonetto!
Fabulous spot for gelati while strolling along the harbour. The service was friendly, flavours were delicious (we tried the chocolate and the mango) and reasonably priced especially for the location.<br/ <br/ I also appreciated that the kids cones were not towers like some other places. Will happily seek out Limonetto again when we are next around the area. Perfect summer treat!
After a beautiful dinner at Bopha Devi we decided to treat us with some Ice Cream whereas Kunnu was in a mood to have cold coffee with icecream.<br/ <br/ Kunnu vouches for the Cold Coffee with Ice Cream they serve. This place never disappoints! The owner is super friendly (along with all the staff) and the gelato is delicious! I'm a sucker for the cherry ripple and cookies cream flavours. The owner is rightfully very proud of his limonetto flavour, as well (hence the shop name).
This gelato is hands down the best I've ever had. My favorite flavors are their fruit options - they are so delicious and fresh. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, but I always go for strawberry and mango. The Ferraro Rocher flavor is also incredibly tasty.
One of the first places I went to after shifting to Docklands, absolutely love the gelato's, the amount of sugar is perfect and you get a decent portion too.<br/ Must try is the tiramisu,the salted caramel and the strawberry flavours ..<br/ Réservez une table maintenant
The housemade gelato at this restaurant is amazing! It's not overly sweet but bursting with natural flavors. Whenever I go to Docklands for dinner, I always choose to get gelato from here instead of ordering dessert.
