L'Impertinent - Réserver une table

Our third visit to this restaurant. Excellent cuisine with high standards and excellence in presentation. High creativity of dishes. Service of owner excellent. Our critique this visit was the choice between two menus and no "a la carte" choice. And the menus once ordered did not come as mentioned. Pigeon replaced beef with no warning when we ordered!! Table next to ours came later and one guest refused the pigeon while the other guest ate his dish while preparing another choice for her. A big fault for such a nice restaurant.

Après un an d'absence, retour à l'Impertinent en ce dimanche soir d'été. Et, une nouvelle fois, un sans faute !Le menu découverte est équilibré, surprenant, créatif et vous remplit d'émotion. La même émotion que celle ressentie en mai 2012 lorsque, venu déguster la cuisine de ce chef "venu d'ailleurs" et impertinent depuis un mois, j'avais été victime d'un gros coup de foudre pour cet établissement. C'est rare. Bravo !!!!

This is a truly fantastic restaurant in the heart of Biarritz. We were there with friends celebrating their silver wedding. We tried the taster menu which was an absolute delight. Of particular note was the lobster which was a sheer delight. The meal took place over several hours and by the end, I could not eat another thing, so do not look to rush this experience. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Well deserves its Michelin star ..the food is outstanding & what was nice was the unfussy & friendly service...just two set menus. 4 courses @ 86 Euro .7 courses @ 126 ...plus wine pairings ..may have those prices slightly wrong ..book in advance

All of our high expectations were met +plus the service was perfect . This is fine dining at its best without any pretention !!
