Please dont order from here I had a issue with my order the beef szechuan style it was absolutely disgusting sauce was watery and gooey the whole thing was inedible and had to call multiple times before and didnt even get a refund as they say they dont offer them and it's my problem i had to argue to just get another item absolutely disgusting customer service and worse food genuinely the worst food and experience I've ever had Service: Delivery

I don't normally waist 10 minutes of my time to complain publicly about things. But IV just received a delivery of food for 3 adults and have to say I am deeply disappointed with the quality of food, I normally eat in the Royal kitchen, and clearly there level of standards are much much higher. Food had little ingredients and lacked tast. Very disappointed indeed and safe to say will not be using going forward. Meal type: Dinner

Missed a dish from the meal for 1, rang to resolve and was practically called a liar, saying they made the dish and was put in the bag for delivery. Am now in the process of claiming back my money via just eat. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from here again. From what did turn up was the worst takeaway food I've tasted. Well done and keep up the good work. Unbelievable. Food: 1

I found hair in my food! When I called to report it, they accused me of lying and insisted that it couldn't have happened. I offered to send a photo as proof, but they refused to accept it. They also denied my requests for a refund or replacement meal. The customer service was terrible, and the food was just as bad! I highly recommend avoiding this place!
