We had a very nice evening at Liola. The service was terrific and the food was delicious. Branzino, Calamari, Arugula Salad all very good. Fish was done just right. The pasta special with pesto, scallops, and shrimp was good, but not up to the level of the rest of the meal. The pasta itself was homemade and done perfectly. A very delicious slice of cheesecake with a candle for a birthday. They should think about sone sound-absorbing surfaces. As the room began to fill, it got quite noisy.
they had a huge private party which is very nuce but they should have closed the restaurant as waited to ve seated and 20 min to get water and then the waiter ca.evfcto ask what we wanted withoutvgiving us a menu irvtelli gbnbus sodcials ie even asking about cocktail or appetizers.thet were understandably overwhelmed. it was our mistake not to have left.
We have now eaten at Liola twice and had an amazing time both times. Service was excellent and very accommodating, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was romantic and warm. Love this restaurant and plan to come back many times more.
This restaurant is gem! Everything from the decor, the ambiance, the food and service that is unmatched. The menu had some unique items and the specials had a great selection. One of the best Italian rest as we've been to! It's our new favorite! Réservez une table maintenant
Very nice people. Good food, good service. The only thing missing is music. There was no background music, very unusual for a restaurant.
Had a business lunch at Liola because it was convenient from Long Island and Rockland. Pleasantly surprised. Everything was great.
Excellent food and service. Chef Angelo is extremely talented. Liola is also tastefully appointed. I highly recommended Liola.
