Having woken up after a heavy night, I was once again a taxi driver for my eldest daughter, I dropped into LITA, small lovely selection of food, I was interested in a sandwich, top of the list was a four cheese, I ordered a small latte and was asked to take a seat whilst it was prepared, two lovely staff chatted with me, made me feel comfortable, within three minutes my coffee arrived Smooth) seven minutes later, my slice of heaven dropped from the sky, cut in half, folded upwards, exposing a cloud of Parmesan which covered a thick range of almost melted cheeses with a secret sauce that gave my tongue and tonsils little hot kick.
