First, the online order and kiosk pickup is wonderful. I ordered the food and asked for a future time. When I arrived, I went to the lobby, scanned my barcode on the kiosk and boom; the door opened and there was order, hot and ready. I was in less than 30 seconds and out. Safe beats wait in one line and hang in waiting for your food to be prepared. Many places could improve their customer experience by using this model for picking up online orders.
