Little Caesars - Réservation de table

I don't expect a hot and ready pizza to be the same quality as fresh, but I do expect it to be edible. I picked up a plain cheese hot and ready and ate it not even 10 mins later and the crust is literally so hard and stale that's it's inedible, like I'm eating a cheese covered rock. It's obvious that whomever is in charge doesn't care about product quality or food safety in the slightest. Definitely don't recommend this location.

I visited the Hot and Ready store in Pleasant, WV, and was surprised by how old it looked. The young man working there mentioned that he would "destroy" the pizza, but unfortunately, I ended up with the same dry, hard pizza as usual. When you touch the tomato sauce and your fingers come away clean, that's a sign of a bad pizza. The cheese was like hard plastic.

What is the point of advertising hot and ready whenever I come here, I have to wait 15min... Edit: Great, 15m wait for my warm and ready food, I come home and my order is wrong. Thank you. Remove another star.

The pizza is good. However, some of the toppings were dumped in a bunch and not spread evenly across the pizza. Some pieces of pizza were missing an ingredient altogether. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered the Slice and Sticks pizza, and it was tasty. However, I didn't receive the marinara dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it.

Although it was a bit hectic and my interaction was brief, my order was taken inside and prepared quickly. Everyone was friendly and polite.

The food is good, but the pretzel crust is just a regular crust covered in salt. You can see my picture for evidence.

The service is quite good. While the interior of the restaurant isn't spotless, it's acceptable.
