Little Caesars - Réserver une table

I visited the restaurant during peak hours, but it was closed due to computer issues. However, they let a random acquaintance in to pick up a pizza, while refusing to take orders from paying customers. The employees were rude and curt with customers. It was absolutely absurd. I will never return to any of their locations.

I ordered a pizza where I could choose all my toppings, and I selected quite a few. However, I didn't feel that the pizza was cooked thoroughly enough. Additionally, I requested pineapple on it, but it arrived cold, almost like it was taken straight out of the fridge. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

The delivery driver arrived faster than I expected and called to inform me that I would be getting a refund since they were out of cheese bread. Everything else was great; the pizza arrived in perfect condition. I'm still waiting for my refund, though.

The person in charge said it would take five minutes for a cheese pizza to be ready, but it ended up taking more than fifteen. They don't appreciate it when employees speak out due to misinformation. It used to be a five-star experience.

The pizza was fresh and loaded with cheese and toppings. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there was a bit too much sauce, which made the pizza a little dry. Otherwise, it was perfect!
