This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I came in and ordered 2 pep pretzel crust pizzas at 6pm. This is the timeframe that they should be hot and ready. They did not have them ready so I also ordered the cheesy bread. Someone came in 5 min after me and ordered another different pizza that was not hot and ready. I'm there another 10 min and still wondering what is going on. Other people are coming and going that order hot and ready items and I'm still there. Then the guy that ordered after me got his pizza and was on his way. I again questioned how much longer it would be since I should have been waiting on the cheesy bread. He said it was coming out soon just waiting...
They had nothing ready even though that they opened up at 11 and I came in at 11:06 I wasn't sure the price that I was paying because everything scratch out in marker there was a language barrier issue and my pizza was made wrong( veggie with pineapples on one side). only thing I liked about this place was the guy wasn't rude even though I barely could understand them
They answer the phone but ignore you while they take orders from in store customers. They do not speak or understand English well. Their specials are ridiculous and they undercook everything that isn 't the standard Little Ceasar 's Pizza, giving you literally raw dough in the middle of Deep Dish and Cheesy Bread. Health hazard, beware of this place!
The pizza was indeed hot and ready, but it seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer for quite a while. The top was burnt, and the pizza was quite dry. I recommend going in and placing an order to ensure freshness. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

The pizza was fantastic! I ordered the Quattro, and it was ready in just 10 minutes, piping hot and delicious. This has become my new favorite pizza place!
Employees were nice but the meat on our meat lovers pizza wasn't even cooked! And they didn't have garlic sauce!
Nothing is hot and ready!!! If it is ready, it is not hot!! My food was not cooked all the way and was cold!
The pizza is good , you don't have to wait inline the pizza is always ready to be picked up
