Won't pick up the phone. They gave the driver the wrong order and it was a cold pizza (they're close to me! . Paid for a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, along with brownies and only recieved a COLD cheese pizza with someone else's name! That's unsafe to eat, who even knows how long it was sitting there. Horrible customer service, horrible attention to detail, and poor food safety. Order from this location AT YOUR OWN RISK! Never again! I ordered Uber Eats from here, and it was $43 down the drain! The pizza was cold and tasteless, and the cheesy breadsticks weren’t even cooked properly. It was a total waste, and don’t even get me started on the Buffalo wings—they were completely uncooked! It’s disappointing that they still haven’t improved after all these years. I wish I could give them no stars at all.
The customer service here is fantastic! They always treat me with respect, and this is the only place where my children will eat cheese pizza. They consistently greet my family and me with a smile. Sometimes, it seems like they could benefit from hiring more staff given the demands they face. I've been a customer for two years, and I've always been treated well. Five stars!
I will never order from here again! My $43 Uber Eats order was a complete waste! The pizza arrived cold, and the flavor was lacking. The cheesy bread sticks were undercooked and tasted terrible. As for the Buffalo wings, they were completely raw! It's disappointing that this place has not improved after so many years. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. So I go in, they get my order wrong and they immediately run to the back to make an order I didn't want. I tried yelling to get their attention and tapping on the glass but of course I get no one's attention. So I just leave because I'm not gonna pay forsomething I didn't want and I wasn't gonna wait extra time for something to be corrected.
The food is good, but they rarely open on time. Trt them at 11:30AM 12:00PM, it was like that before COVID 19, so it has just gotten worst. It always seems to catch them by surprised when someone orders a pepperoni pizza because they are never ready forit.
