Went to little Caesar 's to get my daughter a crazy bread and me a stuffed crazy bread. They didn 't have any stuffed ready and only one regular bag was ready so I bought that and gave it to my daughter to eat before a birthday party. Dropped her off at the party and phoned little Caesar 's back to order some stuffed crazy bread. He took my order and name and said it would be ready in 10 mins. Got to little Caesar 's 10 mins later, asking for my order and he said they did t have any ready. I told him that I ordered it and whoever answered the phone said it would be ready in 10 mins. The employee said, oh, hang on.. and went into the back. He came back 5 seconds later and said I would have to...
I hate to leave a negative review because I have always had a good experience at this restaurant before. However, I decided to try something different this time and ordered the puffs. Unfortunately, they were not hot at all, in fact, they were barely warm. And the taste was overwhelmingly salty. The crazy bread was small, thin, and pretty bland. Overall, I was very disappointed with this order.
This pizza restaurant experience was terrible. When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone simply said "hello" when I asked if it was Little Caesars. The manager then argued with me, insisted I was wrong, and told me to bring the pizza back despite COVID concerns. I do not recommend ordering from this place, as the food was bad and the service was disrespectful.
Will change my rating when their delivery drivers start dropping their orders off in the back of the shopping centre instead of blocking the parking stalls. It’s almost everytime I shop around here, they have a delivery truck blocking the road/parking stalls, even seen people blocked in before. Probably costs other businesses a loss in customers as well.
Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Order a pepperoni pizza for my kids and look like they dumped a whole bag of salt on it. Called to complain about it and the lady started arguing with me that was impossible for the pizza to be salty and just dismissed me. Never ordering from this place again.
Really check your orders! We ordered a combo for the kids, they were supper excited about the crazy bread. Oh wait they didn't provide any! Then fought with me, making me feel like a liar, stating that it was in the order. No refund, no nothing. end of the world, no, but terrible customer service!
I was at the restaurant last night and ordered pizza with my friend. When I opened the pizza box, the manager yelled at me that there was no dining in. I hadn't even taken a piece of pizza out or taken a bite before she started yelling at me. Just to clarify, I am 14 years old.
