Ordered a pizza online and due to the oven malfunctioning the order had to be cancelled. In using my T-Mobile Tuesday promo code, I was unable to redeem it anywhere else. I went into the store to ask them if I could just apply it to a walk-in ordersince the coupon could not be applied online anymore and the cashier talked to the manager who called their supervisor. Theywere unable to honor the promo code but still gave me a discount and I was also their last order before closing. I appreciatedthat they followed proper protocol, didn't make me any promises, but still did something they could do for the inconvenience oflosing the promo. The pizza was delicious and was prepared on time for my online order, arriving nice and hot. The balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings was just right, making our order well-executed. We will definitely order from this location again. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the half cheese bread, half pepperoni pizza was a bit on the dry side. This may be because we're accustomed to a different preparation of Italian cheese bread. Nonetheless, it was still tasty, just a bit different from what we're used to.
This is the best location is the tri County area in my humble opinion. A busy spot with being an ideal location but have over time stood out from all of the other locations. Great customer service, tasty pizza, and all in a timely fashion. That is saying a whole lot nowadays.
I’ve ordered from various locations, but this one stands out for its exceptional service. It seems like they must have a unique culture compared to the others, as they consistently go above and beyond for their customers. You can really see that they care!

Big Fan of that thin crust pizza. Great staff, fast and friendly. They do it right, they treat you right. Go check them out, really good food at really good prices. Toss a couple bucks in that tip jar also, that team certainly deserves it.
They do a really good job here. This is a very busy store. The food is consistently symmetrical and well prepared. Never looks like it wasn't made with love you know.

The staff here is always fantastic. This is definitely the best Little Caesars in the area. I just wish the building were a bit bigger.
