Their online ordering system is also quite impressive. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. The staff can be quite short and not particularly friendly, and they don’t seem to help each other out. I also noticed one of the pizza makers changed a song on his phone without washing his hands before going back to make more pizzas. While it doesn't concern me too much because their oven cooks at extremely high temperatures, it's still not very sanitary. I give it 3 stars for the food, and that’s about it.
5:45 pm dinner rush on 4/12/22- the young man at the front register did a great job of handling the sudden influx of customers coming to pick up their online orders or get hot n' ready items. There was a lot going on and he remained calm, collected, focused on good customer service and accuracy. It's too bad he had coworkers in the background criticizing him. Every customer entering the store could hear the negative comments. It would have been more helpful for the customers if hot n ready items had been fully stocked. Even so, the food we ordered was correct and we were not disappointed by the quality...just the lack of positive work conditions.
Not a good idea to have an employee cussing up a storm while he?s in the back with other employees. I have my 6 year old with me and he can clearly hear all the profanity coming out of this guys mouth. And this dude is also working front counter tonight (7/21/22) Not a good representation of your company. Ridiculous

I've placed orders both over the phone and online, but they consistently forget to make my order. This has happened every time I've tried to get a pizza. If you just walk in and want a hot, ready-made cheese pizza, you’re okay. However, it appears that the owner is indifferent to properly fulfilling orders.
The pizza lives up to its reputation. However, this location frequently doesn't have pizzas readily available, so you usually have to wait around ten minutes for your order. On the positive side, the wait ensures that the pizza is fresh and made to a high standard.
This is the best Little Caesars I've ever visited, especially compared to my experience in Muskegon, which left me wanting to avoid it altogether. The food was perfectly cooked and served quickly, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and willing to assist you if you need anything! The pizza is delicious, and the crazy bread is fantastic!

Hit or miss the quality. Happy if they actually have food ready during a rush. Can be pretty good if they don't take the food out early to overthrow an order
