I have visited this Little Caesars location twice and placed pickup orders online both times. The first time, I went inside to collect my pizza, but the order wasn't ready even though it was past the scheduled pickup time. I was referred to as "that guy in the lobby." When I finally received my order, the side of marinara sauce that was included was missing. By the time I left, it was 15 minutes late. I ordered a single pizza and crazy bread. The second time, the front door was locked, so I couldn't pick up my pizza from the "pizza portal" as the online instructions said. Love the Little Caesars Berkley location. Only location around for miles that has the drive thru. As a result, the inside is closed and use of the pizza portal is.....well..... you know. You always got fresh and hot pizzas here pre-pandemic but now, not so much. They do their best being understaffed and extremely busy from open to close. The wait in the drive thru can be sometimes up to 45 min long though it's normally like 20 minutes or so. Key to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to wait until you get there and then call in your order while you're in line. By the time you get to the window, it will be hot. In spite of everything that's going on, I'm giving them 5 stars due to what they used...
I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location. I really appreciate consistency and professionalism, and this store delivers on both. You might expect all Little Caesars locations to be pretty similar, but this one consistently meets the brand's standards every time I visit. I'm always willing to spend a few extra minutes to come here! Whoever trains this staff is doing an excellent job—keep it up!
I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the store wasn't open for pick-ups through the portal. I had to wait a long time in line. When I finally got to the window, I inquired about stuffed cheese bread, and the young man told me they were out. That was disappointing. However, everything else was good. I suggest opening the store for online orders to help avoid long wait times.

There are plenty of other Little Caesars nearby, so I’ll be avoiding this one from now on.
The trick to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to place your order while you’re still in line. By the time you reach the window, your pizza will be hot and ready. Despite the challenges, I’m giving them a solid 5 stars. They’ve been navigating these changes for years, and I've never had an issue with this place in over 12 years.
I ordered online for pizza portal pickup since I know this location is slow. When I got there the lobby was locked and I had to spend 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get the pizza that was already paid for and waiting for me. Lots of other Little Ceasars nearby, so this one can be avoided in the future.
The restaurant was very clean. The cashier was a bit difficult to understand when he mumbled. It appeared that there were only two employees, but they did an excellent job of processing orders, both at the counter and for drive-thru. Be sure to check the menu, as prices have changed frequently over the past year.
