I've been to this restaurant twice now, and both times I placed a pickup order online. During my first visit, I arrived to pick up my pizza, but the order wasn't ready yet, even though it was already past the scheduled pickup time. Love the Little Caesars Berkley location. Only location around for miles that has the drive thru. As a result, the inside is closed and use of the pizza portal is.....well..... you know. You always got fresh and hot pizzas here pre-pandemic but now, not so much. They do their best being understaffed and extremely busy from open to close. The wait in the drive thru can be sometimes up to 45 min long though it's normally like 20 minutes or so. Key to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to wait until you get there and then call in your order while you're in line. By the time you get to the window, it will be hot. Completely outrageous. I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up, only to find that the lobby was closed. I had to go through the drive-thru instead. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I was informed that my pizza had just been put in the oven. If I had been given the option to cancel my order when I saw the lobby was closed, I would have done so. This situation is unacceptable, and the franchise owner should be embarrassed by the way this location is managed.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location. I really appreciate consistency and professionalism, and this store delivers on both. You might expect all Little Caesars locations to be pretty similar, but this one consistently meets the brand's standards every time I visit. I'm always willing to spend a few extra minutes to come here! Whoever trains this staff is doing an excellent job—keep it up!
I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the store wasn't open for pick-ups through the portal. I had to wait a long time in line. When I finally got to the window, I inquired about stuffed cheese bread, and the young man told me they were out. That was disappointing. However, everything else was good. I suggest opening the store for online orders to help avoid long wait times.

There seemed to be only two employees, but they did an excellent job of getting orders out promptly, both at the counter and in the drive-thru. Make sure to check the menu, as prices have changed and increased several times over the past year.
I ordered online for pizza portal pickup since I know this location is slow. When I got there the lobby was locked and I had to spend 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get the pizza that was already paid for and waiting for me. Lots of other Little Ceasars nearby, so this one can be avoided in the future.
