The restaurant is cozy, which isn’t necessarily a drawback. When I place orders online, they usually get everything correct. However, when I call in my orders, it often leads to a mix-up, with pepperoni and pineapple toppings haphazardly spread across the entire pizza, even though I clearly specify that I want pepperoni on one half and pineapple on the other. Having experience in the food industry, I know it shouldn’t be that complicated.
On a brighter note, there is a young girl who offers outstanding customer service, although there is a young man who appears rather disinterested.

However, when I arrived at 9:50 PM, the staff informed me that they had closed online ordering early and hadn’t checked for any new orders before doing so. The young man working was willing to prepare my order and seemed unconcerned, but the older woman on staff was flustered, annoyed, and indifferent about the mix-up. I like little Caesars cheese pizzas and their bread sticks. The only problem is that how the pizzas come out depend on who's working there. If you're lucky, you get a pizza made well, if not, it can be really bad. I don't like their pepperoni so i avoidpepperoni on the pizza or Italian bread. I wish they brought back the fresh mozzarella. It really makes a difference on thepizza. Oh, the amount of sauce also varies by who makes the pizza. Sometimes you can get a pizza that's quite dry and others,your pizza can be floated in tomato sauce. I can't complain because i like the taste of their sauce but I'm sure there arecustomers who would appreciate having the right amount of sauce on their pizz...
We enjoy eating here once a week sometimes twice my son and I have yet to get anything that wasn't to little Caesars standers and ours we work all over the country from coast to coast and I can say the location on eureka road in Southgate is one of the better places to get a good pizza at the same great price that they are known for keep up the good work guys and we will for sure be coming backParking: Yes they have handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: To be honest it might be a little hard for someone in a wheelchair because of they way the front door is set up

Topping only on a 1/4 of my pizza. Manager said only I could get a refund was to bring the pizza back. Was going on vacation the next morning and didn’t have time to return it for about 1 1/2. Said I could “bring it back in 2 weeks for my refund or exchange”. Really! Who does business like this? Not worth the price and got me and my be friend SICK throwing and pooping are pants! Never again!! Not even if I’m a broke boy!! Not worth my hard earned money!
Service was amazing. The kitchen was so clean from what I could see from where I was standing. The crazy bread and butter was so fresh it melted in your mouth. The pizza had to be made with love because listen Little Caesars have never tasted like this in my life. It literally looked like the commercial. Whoever worked tonight’s shift 12/30/23 8:30pm shift THEY NEED A RAISE because they are doing an excellent job.
Disappointing experience! The management is poor. I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time and received confirmation, but when I arrived, they didn’t have my order. After some searching, they found it but claimed it came in too late. They close at 10 PM, and my order was placed at 8:50 PM! The service was terrible, and I won't be returning.
One of the worst places I've ever been to. Pizza is never ready or cold and hard you are better off going to get frozen pizza it would taste and be hell of a lot faster. This place doesn't even deserve a one-star highly recommend going somewhere else.
