The service is on the hill. Will not return after you improve this location several opportunities. Tonight it was just not to be welcomed while several employees stood around and slipped around in the back. I went shortly after entering because it was obvious that no one would serve me, and the employees did not care that they lost a customer. Some young children shredded around on the back, sat on the counter where they make the pizzas (smooth!!!) and joch around. Extremely disappointed. How many 1 star reviews will it take for this place to get it together? I'm flabbergasted, I've never had that bad service of all my life. 68 years old.
I should have known how my experience would be while I ordered my food on the phone. The guy was rude. I just asked for Italian spice garlic butter over the pizza and the guy says we don't do this here. I told him to ask me if necessary, I always command. He said we didn't do this here. He told me it was 25 minutes. I was about 20 minutes later. The guy is rude, doesn't make eye contact during the visit. The food was ready, but when I got it home (5 minutes drive) the pizza was old and evil. Definitely not fresh. No need back to this place! I would recommend avoiding this place!
I was told that I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 Italian cheese bread and the order of crazy bread.... That's the slowest one I've ever heard of for all little Caesars... Fearable and the employees looked like they had the same uniform for weeks, dirty, disgusting looking employee who probably makes raw food, I didn't wait. Hey, little Caesars, bring companies here and find out what's going on with this place, please.
Little Caesars in DeWitt has really gone down hill!! I regularly go there, my husband loves pizzas and you can?t beat the price but, the service is terrible anymore! There's never any hot and readys available and the workers there aren't friendly except for one. I'm not sure if it's because they are short staffed or what but it's def not like it was.
