Little Caesars Pizza

Update: Things have gotten chaotic. Customers are losing their patience and swearing; it’s difficult to find someone to process a refund because the place is so crowded. I found out they weren’t even entering pizzas in the portal. I finally got my order at 6:15 after asking for either my pizza or a refund, and the employee went back to the warmers to get it. The same happened to the person behind me. They clearly weren’t using the portal, which created a huge backlog. I just don’t understand what’s going on here.

One of my favorite Little Caesars. Service is great- polite, friendly and I'm always greeted upon entering. Greeting your customers sets the tone for the rest of the experience and almost always ensures a smooth transaction following. My food is always ready when I place my order for pickup, which is a plus. I'm not fond of having to wait an extended amount of time for an order I called ahead to get. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Neither the employee nor the manager was able to figure out how to operate the computers, which meant they couldn't take cash payments. I ended up waiting at the counter for 15 minutes without any resolution. Overall, I would rate the service, food, and atmosphere all at a 1.

45 minutes for 2 pizzas and bread. Employees eat while making your order. And when you do receive your order and have to heat up your pizza at home because it's cold, unacceptable. The restaurant was unfortunately unprepared during my visit. The manager explained that they had closed because they had run out of dough and sauce, as they were only getting ready for the next day. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.
