On the 8th/13 I have placed a mobile order for pizza at Oakland MD location for a pick-up time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30, my order was not only ready, it had never been tried. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate when it would be available. The employee reaction was me, BFS gives me no help. I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is aware, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but nothing new, as is what Marshall (BFS Founder/Owner) at its locations allows and expects. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, how again this reflects the culture that Marshall crashed at BFS.
I had to wait for my pizza for a bit, but the woman who took my order—if I remember correctly, her name was Margaret—was exceptionally polite and seemed to be working as hard as three people! There was a shift change going on, and the new staff who came in after me didn’t seem very motivated at all. However, the woman who took my order is definitely one of the best employees this Little Caesars has had in years. I really hope they consider giving her a raise and a promotion. She did an outstanding job, and the pizzas I received were some of the best I’ve ever had from this location.
Service is friendly but quality of food wasn?t great. Our Italian Cheese bread didn?t have any Italian seasoning at all, and was basically just bread because it barely had cheese on it, pizza hardly had any cheese on it and was burnt? Previously had to get a refund because they gave my pizza away? I don?t think I will continue trying to get food here anymore? last time was kinda a deal breaker and this time has made up my mind.
The management is lacking! The manager frequently steps outside to smoke, leaving her staff to deal with everything on their own. This is why they struggle to retain employees; there are never enough workers, and the atmosphere is always stressed.

At Little Caesars Pizza, I was disappointed to find out that they discarded my order despite me arriving right at the scheduled pick-up time. The menu looked promising, but the service left much to be desired.
This place needs to stop being so sloppy. No excuse for a pizza to be like this. So much sauce the cheese slides right off. After trying to eat it, the star went to 2. It's disgusting
We really enjoyed the cheese pizza. The sauce was generously applied, which is great because many other places we've tried often have pizzas that are too dry.
Little Caesars Pizza is fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They serve the best wings and pizza around!

The food was fresh, delivered promptly, and very reasonably priced. It was certainly a step up from my previous visit.
The Italian Cheese Bread was stale and had an odd flavor.
